Access to the National SEPA Latvija website (hereinafter, the SEPA website) and its use are regulated by the respective laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

According to Law "On the Bank of Latvia" of the Republic of Latvia, the Bank of Latvia promotes the smooth operation of the payment systems in the Republic of Latvia, as well organize and ensure the operation of the interbank payment system. The Bank of Latvia is the developer and webmaster of the SEPA website and operates on behalf of the National SEPA Working Group. The National SEPA Working Group coordinates development of the SEPA project in Latvia and represents all stakeholders of the customer payments market. The information that has been published on the SEPA website and represents opinion or commitment of the stakeholders has been consulted with respective representatives of the National SEPA Working Group. 

The logo used on the SEPA website is property of the European Payments Council and a registered trademark. Terms and conditions relating to the usage of logo and samples of logo are available on the European Payments Council's website. The Bank of Latvia owns the copyright to all material published on the SEPA website, unless specified otherwise. No information from the SEPA website may be reproduced by any electronic or mechanical means without permission of and reference to the Bank of Latvia.

You may view, download and print information from the SEPA website and create links to the SEPA website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Bank of Latvia's responsibility and updating of information

All information on the SEPA website is provided without any guarantees whatsoever. The Bank of Latvia is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from acting upon the contents of the SEPA website. Users should themselves evaluate accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the information, opinions, advice or any other material found on the SEPA website.

The contents of the SEPA website is constantly updated and supplemented. The Bank of Latvia may alter or remove all information or any part thereof included in the SEPA website without prior warning.
